Hunters Chase Farms is a family-owned and operated horseback riding school nestled on a beautiful 45-acre ranchette in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, just minutes from Wimberley and within easy reach of south Austin, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, and Dripping Springs.

Our Summer Day Camps are the highlight of your child's summer break! We welcome boys and girls ages 5–15, from complete beginners to advanced riders. Day camps run Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with seven exciting weekly sessions available from June through early August.

Our focus is on teaching your child about horseback riding and care of the horse — and all the fun that goes along with it. We teach Hunt Seat Equitation along with English and Western riding styles, incorporating leadership, teamwork, and discipline in a fun, supportive environment. Campers are divided into small groups (averaging 6–7 kids) based on age, skill level, and friendships, ensuring personalized attention and a great experience for every rider.

Each day, campers ride in the arena, learn grooming and horse care, go on trail rides through our scenic property, and enjoy arts and crafts, nature walks, and games. On Fridays, parents are encouraged to come watch as campers show off everything they've learned during the week!
