About

USA Basketball Gold Camps are youth basketball camps for 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grade boys and girls (grades based on enrollment as of the 2025-2026 school year) and focus on fundamental skill development through drill work, small-sided games, 5x5 competition and character and leadership development. Gold Camps are designed for athletes that demonstrate skills in line with the advanced level of the USA Basketball Player Development Model and interested athletes must apply for admittance to camp. Campers who are accepted to camp and complete registration will receive USA Basketball gear that they will wear to their sessions. Gear includes shorts, a jersey and a backpack. Depending on the times of the camp, athletes will also receive either lunch or dinner. Camp duration is one and a half days for a standard camp and two full days for an extended camp.

Official USA Basketball Gold camp for girls — a 2-day intensive at Rize Sports in Leetsdale, PA. Day camp format (no housing). Registration includes a meal and Nike / USA Basketball gear.

2026 Session: August 13 – 14, 2026. Check-in Thursday 8:00 AM. $265 per camper.

Eligibility: 6th – 9th grade, age 16 or under at the time of camp. Applications open and accepted on a rolling basis (free to apply; fee due only after acceptance).
