Pentagon MMA is an award-winning martial arts school in Arlington, VA, specializing in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for kids and teens at our Youth Center, in addition to Spring Camp, Summer Camp, and After School Program that includes transportation from local schools. Our programs build confidence, discipline, and focus in a fun, structured environment. Adult classes are now offered at our new Performance Center, located one block away at 932 S. Walter Reed Drive, featuring Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and more. With world champion expert instructors and a welcoming community, we offer beginner-friendly training for all levels focused on fitness, self-defense, and personal growth.
